Merit Can Be Bought - Passion CANT

'THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO CAN CHANGE THE WORLD ARE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO. AND NOT EVERYBODY DOES.'

Back in our human caveman days, being pissed off made us more likely to get our butts, get out of the cave and into the tundra hunting woolly mammoth, so we'd have something to eat for supper. Thats basic survival mechanism. Damm useful then, damm useful now.

It is the same 'pissed off' instinct that make us want to create anything in the first place - drawings, ideas, music, blogs, websites or lingerie outlets. This same 'pissed off' instinct drove us to discover how to make fire, how to invent a wheel, the bow & arrow, the personal computer, Ipads and the lists is endless.

Part of understanding the creative urge is understanding that it's primal. Wanting to change the world is not a noble calling, its a natural and primal calling.

When we think we're going to çreate alternative fuel' or 'everyone can fly', we are in fact just pissed-off and and want to get the hell out of the cave and kill the woolly mammoth.

Your business either lets you go hunt the woolly mammoth or it doesn't. Off course, as with so many white-collar jobs these days, you might very well be offered a ton of money to sit in the corner-office cave and pretend that you're hunting, even if you're not, even if you're just pushing pencils. That is sad. What's even sadder is that you agreed to take the money.

Go on, challenge yourself, go hunt & kill a woolly mammoth..........................
